Cinnamon Roll Apple Pie


  • 12 Rich’s Petite Cinnamon Roll Dough
  • 1 tube Redi pack apple pie filling
  • Rapid Dry Vanilla Icing Optional

Crumble topping

  • 3/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray pie plate with non-stick spray.

  2. Lay cinnamon rolls out on a cutting board to thaw (about 5 minutes). Turn each cinnamon roll on its side and cut in half. (now you have 24 thin cinnamon rolls). Place cinnamon rolls in pie plate bottom and up sides. As they start to thaw more, grease hands and press bottom and up the sides to fill in holes.

  3. Empty the Redi pack of pie filling into crust.

  4. Bake for 10 minutes. While crust/apples are baking, make crumble topping by mixing all dry ingredients together. 

  5. Add in softened butter.

  6. Remove pie from oven, spread on the crumble topping, and place back in oven for an additional 20 minutes. Remove when done and drizzle with vanilla icing if desired. 

  7. Place on wire rack to cool.
