Peanut Butter Ice Cream Bars
This simple, ice cream dessert is a "must" this summer. A creamy peanut butter/Cocoa Krispies crust with ice cream, chocolate sauce, and peanuts - yum!
- 1/2 cup Karo syrup
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 4 cups Cocoa Krispies
- 1/2 gallon Soft vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup Salted peanuts chopped
- Chocolate syrup or other toppings
Cream together 1/2 cup Karo syrup and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Add and mix 4 cups Cocoa Krispies.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan.
Spoon 1/2 gallon of soft vanilla ice cream over bottom.
Top with chocolate syrup and nuts.
Cover and freeze until hard.
Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
